Day 152 of the One Year Challenge
June 1, 2022. The other day I attended a talk about meditation. The importance of the vagus nerve was mentioned. This is a copy of the doodle that came from that talk redone on Bristol paper with micron pen.

I am a Canadian born artist now living in the United States. I seem to have a penchant for the mystical and whimsical. I asked my husband to help with a bio and this is what he had to say! Kathy is a Canadian born artist who has moved to Denver and even Texas, for love. Her artistic inspirations come from the shadows just out of sight from most, with an influence from Cthulhu. He loves her drawing, painting, sketching and photography. These and her love of Sci-Fi, gaming and the fringe of the minds eye all come together to form her unique perspective in the artistic realm.
